Kind of a fun, swank (but not too fussy) burger joint on Hollywood Blvd. I try to avoid this touristy area like the plague, but this place isn't a bad choice if you're forced to eat in the area. Fancy burgers-and-fries kind of place. Lots of red velvet and leather banquettes, but it's kid-friendly, at least by day.

Booths, hipsters and a great burger.

A very limited menu consisting of burgers, fries and onion rings. But when something is done this good you need nothing more. A dining room to be buried in it is so beautiful. Deep reds accented by rich woods and colorful tile. This looks like a combination of every classic design era yet maintains a distinctive quality all its own. Same can be said of their burgers. Yeah, it's beef and cheese dressed up between two buns but they've achieved a richness and complexity of flavors never before encountered by these tasty buds. The number 1 is just that - the number 1. It is the burger that all others aspire to. Just get in there and try it, you'll never be able to hit an In & Out again.
