We had a problem with our awning (made by Alpha Productions) that the seller could not fix. The owner of Alpha Productions set an appt. and spoke with us by phone for over 2 hours until the problem was fixed and the awning worked perfectly. He was very patient and we felt extremely supported through lots of frustrating technical problems which he brilliantly overcame. I have never seen such outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!!!
