      RadNet Management, the primary operating division of Primedex Health Systems, provides diagnostic imaging services through a network of fully-owned and operated outpatient imaging centers in California. RadNet provides the necessary equipment, space and personnel for the operations of its 55 facilities, as well as financial and administrative management services. With centers in most of California's densely populated areas and with extensive experience in utilization management, RadNet is a single-source provider for outpatient radiology services to the California managed health care population. RadNet provides diagnostic imaging services for more than 650,000 individuals under capitation through exclusive contracts with medical groups and independent physician groups. RadNet was founded in 1980 and is based in Los Angeles. Pimedex Health Systems trades publicly on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol PMDX.
