Authentic, very good food and an atmosphere that clearly has a great history. Good spot for seeing the occasional celebrity.

I think the thing about Canter's is that...what makes it so great is it's long history. You think about how has been in those seats before you, and it just makes the experience that much better. I would first like to say that they have a great parking lot for a restaurant that is located on Fairfax, and it really adds to the convenience of eating there. They have such a diverse menu, and their Pastrami is MIND BLOWING, and don't even get me started on their Matzo Ball soup. This place is a classic for both locals and should be visited my tourists. If you want to get something on your way out as well they have a nice little bakery at the entrance. Enjoy!
