Lisa Frankel has been working as a therapist in WLA/ Santa Monica for over 25 years. She is comfortable with working with diverse problems and situations, including women in transition, couples, life changes, anxiety, depression and panic disorders, relationship issues, parenting questions, aging, daily living challenges, and loss and grief, including Pet Bereavement. She has many years of experience in addiction, including benzo/sleeping pill addiction. Her training is diverse with an emphasis on Insight Work, Self Psychology, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems. She also works with Trauma Resiliency/Somatic Experience for anxiety, PTSD, and panic disorder. She is committed to helping clients gain self knowledge and effective life skills, and create more meaningful, juicy lives.
