I was sent here by my doctor and it has been a horrible experience. When my Doctor called and asked them if they were under my insurance network. They stated that they were, in reality they were not. They assumed that I had out of network coverage insurance so they still told my doctor to send me over, even though they knew that I was not going to be covered. My insurance states they only called to see what my insurance covered and did not state they were not part of the network. Each lab knows what insurance they are part of, so there was no excuse for them to take me. So I get a bill from the EZ Diagnosis Center stating that I owe them for the MRI, the bill is so expensive. They made me sign a waiver of rights stating that if my insurance doesn't cover the cost then I am responsible.



My insurance told me that I had 100% in network coverage. If this person would have said they are not part of the Aetna network, I would have not incurred any of these costs. But they knew that they would get paid either way because they lied to me to get me in, had me sign a waiver, so now I'm stuck with everything. They are EVIL DISHONEST PEOPLE!
