Please please do not call this company . They only care about making money . they sent this stupid teenager he was in such hurry he only did one quick pass . He did not clean any thing and I tried to call the manger or the owner the lady who answer the phone every time I call he is not here , he is in lunch , he left for the day .they customer service is very bad and the technician is dishonest . I had to rent and clean it my self . They are dishonest . please do not waist your money . My carpet was dirty after he left he kept saying it will look clean when it is dry he only did one pass .

Not happy with the service at all. Had to take four separate days off of work to meet them - once when they were late and I couldn't wait for them anymore so we had to reschedule, another day for them to clean my carpets, another day because I wasn't happy with the cleaning so had to have them come out again and they cancelled an hour beforehand because their employee called in sick, and a final time for them to finally redo my carpets. When I expressed my dissatisfaction that I had to take so many days off they didn't seem to care. I also couldn't tell that my carpets were cleaned after they came twice. I appreciate that they came out a second time free of charge but I could spot clean my carpet better. In fact, they made a stain worse than it was to begin with because they worked it so much. When I called back to get more info about the business and to complain, they stated they don't have a physical address because they're a mobile service, and also gave me a website address for the business that wasn't registered. Shady business and would NOT recommend.

Today!.... today I am happy to say I got my carpets cleaned my a very professional, a very reputable, a very nice company!!



A company that sent very experienced techs to come clean my carpets. Techs that did not give up until they used their last option to eliminate all stains. The fact that they used all green solutions to do so is what impressed me the most. thanks to this company and their very hard working techs I now have very clean carpets... I like the word "very" very much

they have prices you can't beat. the techs came prepared to do anything. and I was able to get my carpets cleaned and my upholstery that very same day.

Its been quite awhile since my carpets have been cleaned, so i needed some heaving duty cleaning.I was so impressed on how well their machine were sucking up all the dirt. And the guy didn’t stop until that brown looking liquid in his machine was clear and soapy.
