Prompt, considerate and efficient. They have a service where they inspect the heating/cooling system twice a year for a very reasonable price. Great to not have to worry about this at the beginning of every winter and summer.

The experience with JW Heating and Air has always been exceptional. The company installed a new system for over $14,000 with my experience being top of the line from the salesperson to the installers. My system had some difficulty after 5 years and I was shocked and not happy to say the least. The service once again was exceptional from Erick who identified the problem to Juan who fixed the problem, to the staff who patiently listened to the complaints. These guys do diligent, detailed work. Jeff was the only Hvac guy to take the time to accurately measure rooms to ensure I bought the right units. His crew hung the ducting from the rafters to reduce the potential for damage. They're not cheap, but I'm confident that my Hvac is pretty bulletproof for years to come.
