My favorite is "Live abalone & buckwheat noodle w/squid". Lots of fresh vegetables and seafood. The abalone is not actually "live", it can't be since it's sliced. I think they meant it was alive when brought into the kitchen. Be prepared to confront raw tentacles in the bowl.
