Their bread and everything they make I rated it delicious but the service you get from the owners/people who manage it not the regular employees is horrible. They have no people skills not even when they answer their phone. I have taken my business elswhere; they don't care anyways they have enough customers that take their bad service for good food and never complain.
I drove from Ontario to purchase 4 dozen of the green tamales with cheese. I arrived home with 4 dozen chicken tamales instead .I called and spoke to Rose so that they may correct the error. Over the phone she promised to give me a free dozen tamales(in addition to the 4 dozen green chile and cheese tamales). She asked for my phone # and stated she would write a Note near the phone (she wasn't going to be there) What I discovered the next day as I drove to pick up my "promised tamales" was they they DID NOT give a Darn about my situation. Rose never left a note (she REALLY cared about customer service) and the attendant really didn't care about my request. As I returned the wrong order of tamales over the counter, she Smiled as she handed me Zero tamales. I guess she thought I was a liar.As a biz owner, the customer is Numero 1.On your next visit double check your order - or you may Never return due to the "bad taste they'll leave in your mouth."Hector
