Prices are very reasonable and effective so far.. Consultations with the MD and/or PA were thorough and professional BUT I happened to speak with Tammie (I assume she works at the front desk) for some follow up questions regarding my treatment and she was just a mess. She talked like she just worked there for the first time, couldn't give me straight answers, always saying the word 'like' to the point it got me annoyed and dissatisfied with whatever she was struggling to explain to me, and noted to be a bit rude for not letting me finish talking. Insincere smile on the face, ditsy attitude and lack of basic knowledge about the treatments offered are very bad points for the spa but I am still giving 4 stars since they do seem to work for me. All I ask ,as a customer , is to improve Tammie's customer service and things will all be 5 stars. - Maria K.

I did a ton of research trying to find a good place to get laser hair removal. Everybody get's reviews, but look at how many reviews these guys are getting on ALL review sites. It's a real good indication that it's not an employee writing the reviews. I must agree with all the other reviews here, the people working here are so kind, the place is so nice and it's such a plus to be treated by an actual MD! I've only had one laser treatment here so far, I will update when I get the recommended 3-5 treatments.

I highly, highly recommend this place. I began my laser hair removal yesterday and was so pleased with the entire experience. Each client gets an hour scheduled with the doctor, and they are so friendly and caring. The staff is eager to please and the atmosphere is casual and relaxing, not over the top. I drove from the west side of LA to go to this place in particular, and it was well worth it.
