This review is a little late but extremely necessary!! I could not be happier about our experience on 2/19/18. Final product was excellent, but the service exceeded all our expectations. Sam was incredible to us and our sweet dogs. We recently had a couple terrible experiences at Petsmart and were looking for something better... and absolutely found it!!! We used the mobile service and they came to an environment where my dogs already felt safe and close to home. Sam was on time, informative, and quick. He knew exactly how to make the dogs feel comfortable and even taught us how to help with the process. Ruca and Bodhi seemed to totally trust him and not seem nervous at all. Very sincerely thank you from all of us!
