They were very nice, and quick. I am new to LA and was trying to find the best price since I am on a tight budget. They were willing to work with me on the price, if I found it cheaper they would meet the cheaper price. And where helpful and informative when I brought the car there, explaining what I need to do with everything after I'm done.
