Trevin Thurman, MD, is a Harvard-trained, board-certified physician, specializing in pain and sports medicine at Vitality Spine & Sports Medicine in Sawtelle within West Los Angeles. He takes a patient-focused approach to care and provides expert treatment for spine and peripheral joint disorders, with an emphasis on healing without surgery.After earning his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Dr. Thurman went on to complete his medical internship at United Health Service Hospitals in Binghamton, New York. He then completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the prestigious Harvard Medical School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.While at Harvard, Dr. Thurman was honored to serve as the resident team physician for the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox. To further his skill set, Dr. Thurman received fellowship training in pain management at the University of Washington in Seattle.
