I want to truly cry when I see this name and the hurt she caused my family. She was court appointed to represent my children in an abuse case and she came to court almost arm in arm with the perpetrator. She blatantly flirted with the perp and his raunchy attorney in court. She did everything to berate and belittle the children she was supposed to be representing. DO NOT HIRE HER and if she is court appointed, please not that you need another person to represent you or your children.She's white and she is trashy but not poor. Although court appointed, I had to pay a percentage of her fee and it was high. I am glad that she is now finally a parent and I am hoping that at some point her daughter receives the type of help that she gave my children and that Ms Daluere has to stand back helplessly and watch as I did.Horrible woman and human being. Dreadful individual.

Kim is white, but not poor or trash. I have known her for almost 15 years, used her several times and referred many people to her, who have been VERY pleased with her services. Every time she has represented me, she has been very professional and friendly (I am a woman) and we have always prevailed in court. I am a teacher and have also held a Top Secret security clearance for the DOD as an investigator. I am a great judge of character, and as far as attorneys go, Kim is one of the best.
