Empower is a program that offers workshops that focus on three vital aspects...self esteem, confidence and acceptance. I help others reach and maintain a healthy level of self esteem, become more self confident and to also be more accepting of themselves and others. I also do workshops on bullying as I feel this is a major issue among young people today and in turn can cause issues with these three vital aspects in life. I am available for private or large sessions. Remember that in order to be successful and love others, we must first love and accept ourselves!
