Food was awesome and the service was great! Never had to ask for anything our server #57 was great.....believe his name was Fernando. The manager on the other hand seemed rude and not very inviting. Saw him smile maybe one time. He had a full house seems to me he should have been a bit more inviting.

I used to love this restaraunt... I liked it so much that I invited my family to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary. What a big mistake and waste of money!!! We were sitted at the bar area, where there were 6 drunk and loud spanish speaking customers. After a while of them screaming and acting, we asked the so called manager Hector to either ask them to keep it down, or move us to another place, or offer them a table or do anything, so we all can enjoy our evening. The so called manager said that "sorry, no can do anything on what you are asking about". After the other drunk customers were getting drunker and louder, and after our multiple unsuccessful attempts to ask Hector to do something about it, we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Didn't get to even enjoy our food or drinks, just wanted to get the HELL out of there. We couldn't hear one another even after we had to shout. Needless to say, that none of us will ever go back and spread the word that customer service there does not exist.

Mr. Marcos and other restaraunt owners, let me know when you fire this SOB Hector, that doesn't know that it is HIS job to keep ALL customers happy, not just the drunk ones! You lost quite a few returning customers, thank your pseudo manager HECTOR!!! What a joke!!!

The food here is very, very good. The wait staff is attentive but not overbearing. They seem to know the menu well as their suggestions are usually good ones. They have a great lunch menu at reasonable prices. All in all, a fantastic local restaurant.

This is real Cuban food and it is fabulous! Do NOT dismiss this restaurant, thinking that it is just like Mexican food. NO, Cuban is different. Have fun trying new foods. Don't miss the Coconut dessert.

One of my Louisville favorites! The sweet potato fries are great; my favorite is the slow roasted pork, rice and beans.

Every time my husband and I are looking for a good restaurant we always think of Havana Rumba. The food is delicious, the portions are huge and the price is very reasonable. Whenever we have friends or family in town we take them there. Reservation is a must on Friday and Saturday evenings or otherwise you may have to wait for an hour to be seated! Try the Palomilla Steak.

This is the best Cuban Restaurant in town. Food is AWESOME! Staff very friendly and the price is not bad at all.
