I had a horrible experience with this bogus hormone specialist clinic.After my first pellet insertion, I realized I didn't trust their expertise and requested a partial refund of the $3,000.00 dollars I paid them but I was refused.Since I couldn't Just throw away that much money I decided to continue.I started to experience horrible burning and swelling in my breasts which woke me up at night.I asked why and was assured it would stop once they balanced my hormones.This never happened.They tested my blood before every insertion but they told me they based my levels on the questionnaire I filled out before each insertion.Why bother with blood tests if they were basing my levels on the answers on my questionnaire?After completing my year with them,I asked for copies of my blood tests and discovered they had pumped my testosterone levels to far above what they should have been ,which put me at risk for breast cancer,blood clots and strokes.They also caused me to suffer from horrible anxiety.I was so afraid I had breast cancer I put off having a breast exam far longer than usual.There is no way a knowledgeable and caring medical clinic would give this kind of treatment.For them it's all about money because they definitely don't know what they're doing nor do they care about the people they're treating.While some people may feel better from their treatment,these people would do well with any hormone replacement therapy.
