      Who are Blue Ridge Therapy Associates Our goal is to provide quality evaluations and therapy, uphold strict ethical standards, and to curtail healthcare costs for families and individuals as much as possible. We develop individual treatment plans and encourage therapeutic home programs by involving family members in therapy sessions through both direct interactions and observation. We accept referrals from families, schools and medical providers. A physician's referral is necessary in order to file insurance claims. Your physician's office can contact our facility to begin the referral process and set up an initial evaluation or feel free to call us initially and our staff will contact your physician for further information. Arrangements for payment are expected prior to service. We file your insurance claim and diligently follow up with all payor sources to ensure that covered therapy services are reimbursed. We are providers with most health insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, PCHP, Mamsi, Tricare, and Medicaid HMOs Optima/Sentara and Virginia Premier. We accept cash check and all major credit cards. Our staff is ready to assist you with financial planning when needed through a variety of budget plans.
