VERY POOR SERVICE. When posing questions, the representative would not address them by saying "I will not deal with you nor will I serve you." Despite the request to speak with the supervisor and payment for 24-hour access for a storage unit, access was denied. When after-hours customer service was informed for several hours with frequent calls, supposedly access was provided at 12 midnight and the customer was NEVER informed despite the 24-hour access accommodation. I found the dark haired man with blue eyes and a beard and his dirty blond coworker to be unprofessional, arrogant, rude, lazy, and inefficient. They wanted to close early by 6:45 pm despite 7 pm closure and paid services of unit access was never provided. It appears to be intentional sabotage to create delays and red tape. Despite another request to speak with the Supervisor, again the customer was denied. Considering all the Uhauls I worked with in the past decades, this is by far the absolute worst and does not reflect the professionalism and timely customer service that this company takes pride in. It would be to your best advantage to not invest in this facility. Your business would best be served elsewhere.
