tried to make an appointment with preferred technician twice and was told she would be there - she wasn't there either time - found out she didn't work there any more and the manager didn't even write appointments down. Horrible customer service

Worst place I've ever been! So rude and the customer service is awful. I am so disappointed I am writing this while I'm still in here and to hear the way the main guy is speaking to the walk ins are awful! I will not be coming back and letting everyone know how awful this place is!

Tried to get my nails done and was denied because they only do walk ins.not very good customer service if you ask me. 1 rating
