Great shop, fast service, lower cost then est. i know 6 boaters that used them all happy and on the water

They kept my boat for 4.5 months after the problem was diagnosed (that took a month). I received one phone call during this time, a request for a deposit. The ending balance was double what I was quoted without any calls to inform me of the increase. After finally getting it back, I had to return it because it wasn't properly fixed (extra parts in the engine housing, bulging injector seal, and cowling trim left off). 2 weeks later, it's ready and all is well. After my second trip on the water, my engine is dripping fuel from the injectors (which were worked on). I also found out another person I know had a similar experience. I absolutely will never use Boatworks again. Nice people, but zero professionalism.
