Reading the reviews that have been given for this store. I am shocked that anyone had any trouble with them. We were greeted at the front and a clerk was assigned to help us. We did not have a appointment and they were very busy. I can only give praise to them. They were very thoughtful and helpful. Did not seem as if they were rushing us. I would go back to this store and tell others the very samething. My last daughter we went to a well known bridal store and felt that the small town store would be the place to go. At the end of that wedding with that shop we were all upset at the way we were treated. David's bridal was very good and hope that others take the time to write a good review for them. They deserve it. Thanks David bridal and our nice sales clerk for the help.

I had a very good experience here. Went to get a bridesmaid dress, and the associates were attentive and helpful. I got my $20 discount without any hassle, and my dress came in 3 weeks earlier than we thought!

When it came to finding my dress it was pretty easy. But when my dress was ordered it was the wrong size! They measured me wrong which i was not happy about. So instead of being a size 6 I was a 4 so the back of the dress didn't look right and it kept falling down. They told me they didn't have enough time to order me a new dress so they want to charge me to get it fixed. $245 with everything needed to be done.

I was pretty worried about going to David's Bridal after reading so many negative reviews. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service. Lynn found every dress that I wanted to try on and she found them quickly. She was friendly, conversational and professional. She knew the answers to all of my questions and even kept the three dresses I couldn't decide between out for me to come back to try on two days later. While I worked with a different attendant that day, she was still incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that I found the perfect dress and that I was comfortable with what I was purchasing.My only complaint is the small size of the dressing rooms and the lack of adequate seating for family members. Still, a small price to pay to have found my dress at a reasonable price with help from friendly people.

Want to give negative 5 stars! David's Bridal of Madison made my wedding dress shopping horrible! Ordered the dress 1 year before my wedding. They ordered me the wrong dress. How is this possible? Next one came in and they couldn't get me in for a fitting until 2 weeks before event, then they wanted to charge me $195.00 for my bussel to be added on and for the top to be fitted correctly and they weren't sure they could get it to fit perfectly! They expected me to pay $600.00 for a dress and to tape it to my boobs! Not acceptable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR BRIDES TO GO ELSE WHERE... DON'T SHOP DAVID'S BRIDAL UNLESS YOU WANT A MAJOR HEADACHE FOR YOUR WEDDING.

great service, great help, great dresses...everything a bride needs!

Store did not remove Ink tag from prom dress. We drove 90 miles to get the dress, 90 miles home before we discovered it. Store would not even give us a gift certificate to reimburse us for gas or our time. "Oh well...that's too bad" was their response. Will never shop there again since their customer service is so POOR!!!
