Store very clean and appearance better than Deming Way location. Usually much better quality, choice, quantity, and availability of item great. All still depends on luck of what is available but worth frequent great deals. Decent customer service (especially for discount store) and usually not overly busy. Best discount department store in Madison

This store changed my opinion of Marshalls!Previously, Marshalls (and TJ Maxx) were bargain stores where I'd search long and hard to find one or two good quality pieces. Shopping there took a lot of effort, rooting through a lot of undesirable items before finding those few gems. It was exhausting and deterred me from going back. The items I'd find were always amazingly priced and any designer items were real, but it would take hours in the store to locate them.My trip yesterday to this Marshalls store changed my entire viewpoint! Not only was the store clean, well-organized and quite sizeable, but everywhere I turned there were amazing items at incredible prices. I was so impressed! I walked down the aisles wanting to buy nearly everything; I seriously considered redecorating even though I don't need to! I interacted with the manager, who was very curteous and helpful -- everything about the store made a positive impression on me. I wish I'd done all of my holiday shopping there!
