Terrible experience with E&R after being a customer for 15 years and never complaining about their service. They laundered instead of dry cleaned a new pair of pants that had been worn just a few times. The pants shrunk and the belt loops got torn and they were completely unwearable. After their "analysis" which took 3 months, they determined that "the pants had been laundered and that every time they had them they were dry cleaned". Well duh, yes they had been laundered - by them!!! and that was the very first time the pants had ever been there for cleaning. They tried to blame me for laundering them. I am disgusted. Jeff at customer service was no help. Never ever using E&R again. So be warned, you won't get compensated if they ruin your clothes.
