I have been there before a few times and I felt that the service was okay, but a little overpriced. I received a massage once that I wish I could take back. But recently I had an experience and I will never go back. I had a gift certificate without an expiration date on it and the salon refused to honor it because it was past 90 days. They called me 1 hour before my appointment to tell me it would cost me $20 for my service that was supposed to be free. When I said I thought that was bad business since my certificate had no expiration date on it, the salon manager told me she didn't need my business since the salon was plenty busy and hung up on me. I refuse to patron a place that would operate so dishonorably and so rudely.
