12/13/2014 Even though the wait was a little more than an hour, it was worth it. RHONDA did a great job! She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made suggestions that made my style just right. As long as Rhonda is there, I will keep coming back! Very satisfied.

I can only assume that most of the good reviews came from either employees or friends. I took my 2 year old grandson in for a haircut yesterday to the university-75 location next to the target. When we walked in the door, there were 2 girls standing at the counter. Neither girl greeted us or even smiled. The girl with the longer blonde hair asked if we had checked in online, which we had not. She got our information and told us it would be a while. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what her problem was but she was very unfriendly. While waiting, my grandson got a little stir crazy, being that he is only 2... he ran across the room and picked up a couple of shampoo products which fell on the floor. I went right over to him, picked up the shampoos and put them back in their place. I then took him outside and waited. We went back in after a while and my daughter (his mother) came in to wait with us. We were sitting next to the light switches and he stood up and flipped one of the switches. My daughter got up imediately and picked him up and apologized to the employee. The employee with the longer hair stopped cutting the customers hair that she was working on, turned to my grandson and glared at him for a good 15 seconds or more. There were other customers in seats waiting and you could see that they felt very uncomfortable about the way the hair stylist was glaring at my 2 year old grandson. I'm sure the man who's hair she was cutting felt very awkward about it too. We were so shocked about how we were treated from the second we walked in the door that we just walked out without getting his haircut. I am 52 years old and have never in my life been treated in such a rude way by any business. We found out afterward that the girl who had been so rude to us was actually the manager named Crystal. We are calling the headquarters to let them know how their manager treats their customers. I know we will never return and we will make sure everyone knows about the horrible experience we had. Reading the other reviews on google, I see that we are not the only ones that have had bad experiences being treated in a very rude way by the manager Crystal.

Crowded and had to wait. Stylist didn't listen to me. Buzz cut wasn't what I wanted. Had been good in the past but something has changed. Unorganized and inter fighting between stylist - Talked about each other in a bad way. I'll find a new barber...

Nice haircut each time I have gone. I have always made it in and out in less than one hour.

Great Clips' hair salon was great! I had a wonder chat with my stylist and she was very attentive and did a beautiful job on my hair.

I love my stylist there, but cannot remember her name... (sorry). She does a great job and I am so glad that she is there. She will always make sure she has a spot for me and I appreciate it.

Great Clips has always done a nice job on my haircut and I appreciate the regular discounts and coupons that they offer. This location has also been very convenient for me to go to since it is right next to all the shopping. Now I have had a different hair stylist almost every time I have been there and with the exception of one older lady they have all been pleasant.

Have gone here for a while and know the owner personally. I have been happy with the service I have received and for the friendly communication and ease of getting in and so on. Thanks.

Very personable. The lady at the front offered me a coupon to use even though I didn't bring one in since I was new to the area, which was very appreciated. They are really close to a lot of shopping stores, which is always convienient for me.
