My visit to Smile Magic Dental was an excellent experience. The front desk was friendly provided all details meticulously. Dr. Nirupama Reddy inquired about my problem with a variety of questions examined my teeth gave me detailed explanation as to why the condition existed gave me tips on how to maintain the health of the teeth, gave me several sample dental remedies and cautioned me of what I could eat and should avoid eating. I strongly recommend Dr. Reddy

My family and I have been searching for a "REAL" dentist that would explain what was needed and why for a little over 1 year now. We have been shopping for a new dentist until we could find one that CARED about my family as much as I. Dr. Reddy and her staff were wonderful :) 2 thumbs up!!! They explained everything and actually checked my teeth and my families properly. I went to a dentist around 6 months ago and was NOT told that I needed a deep cleaning and just gave me a quick cleaning anyways. But I was always wondering why I had bleeding gums in a few teeth in the back?? Go figure, I had periodontal issues.. Recently, my father had a stroke due to plaque in his arteries and so I am very aware of what this disease can do and how it can effect my teeth as well as my family. Dr Reddy measured my pockets and I had 4-6 measurements where I was bleeding and with my discount plan I only had to pay $565. Yes that sounds alot but it isn't when it has to do with my health. My wife on the other had was given a normal cleaning and had her teeth whitened here as well which caused no sensitivity or anything and looks fantastic. My daughter is a little scared of the dentist but took really well to Dr Reddy and even hugged her afterwards. Thank you again and I will see you in 4 months for my maintenance.

The office was so nice to me I had a very bad experience with another office and Dr. Reddy and staff were great from start to finish!

I scheduled an appointment at Dr.Reddy's office a week in advance. When I showed up to my appointment I was told I could not be seen due to the Doctor being out. The office called the doctor and she decided to come in later. When I asked why I was not informed before my appt. I was told things change and I should have contacted the office to confirm. I thought that was just crazy since every other dental office calls the patient to confirm. I don't know about her dentistry but her people skills and her customer service are extremely poor.
