Located off I-5 Exit 30, our Medford office is just North of Larson Creek, near Asante Physicians Center on Golf View Drive. Here, were passionate about practicing evidence-based dentistry and we believe in taking the best care of our patients. Our office is a family-friendly environment where we focus on compassion, integrity and honesty. Its our goal to be the Provider of Choice for our patients, as we practice preventive care. Hours listed (PST) are for our Appointment Center.Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well. Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.
