We won't be going back. I used to love this Chili's. The service was awful. We had to keep asking for things we ordered because the waitress didn't bring it. My hamburger was blood rare. When she brought the second hamburger everyone was already eating dessert. The saucer my coffee was on was dirty and the ketchup bottle was dirty as well. Disgusting.

Tried calling to make a reservation for an event. No one answered phone. Took a great deal of time for someone to answer the day before as well when we tried to make a reservation for 16 people

To go order not even started till we went to pick up. After waiting they ran out of chips. Very poor service

Did not mind the wait to be seated, We DID mind waiting 15 minutes after getting seated before we had to go to a manager to even get water! The "server" Tony had been by and introduced himself and said he would be "right back" to take our drink orders, what a lie. He came back to our area several times in that 15 minutes to wait other tables but never even checked in on us. I had to go get the concierge and another waitress to get us water and tea after waiting 15 minutes! Lousy Service and a Manager who did not care about how bad the service was! He did not think it was unreasonable to wait 15 minutes after getting seated to get our drinks! STAY AWAY FROM the The Commons, 8100 Giacosa Place, Memphis, TN location! LOUSY SERVICE AND LOUSY MANAGER!

Spicy buttered chicken is the best menu in this grill, I just had a time to drink here because it's just near the hotel I stayed but it really worth my time. Very nice place.

The service was poor. A employee that work in orders to go had a bad attitude & acted very racist.

This chilis is by far the worst I have been to I got a rotten potato in my mashed potatos and threw up because of it so watch how your food is cooked at this Chilis!!!!!!!

Excellent fast service and good food.
