The Fogelman Downtown YMCA is a charitable, nonprofit organization located in Memphis, Tenn. The organization s facilities include a gymnasium, running track, indoor pool, and racquetball and handball courts. It organizes private and group swimming lessons for children and adults. The Fogelman Downtown YMCA also provides training in water aerobics and scuba diving. The organization also offers multiple sclerosis water movement classes and SilverSneakers fitness program for senior citizens. Its fitness program includes yoga, dance, zumba, Pilates and cycling.
