Rude, unhelpful, and not customer friendly....by any stretch of the imagination. Dianne has hung up on me twice. Two weeks after my windshield installed, still no satisfaction. I have been looked over, and placed in the back of the line. Black glue all over my hood, lost trim and did not replace, and air leaking around the glass. I will never, do business here again, no matter what concessions they offer, if any, for that matter.

If you are reading this, you value service and dependability. Universal Glass was referred to me by a friend of mine that owns a mechanic shop. I had been driving around with a cracked windshield for quite some time for 2 reasons: First, I wanted my winshield to look 'factory" and I didn't have the time to drop my car off at the dealership for 24-48 hrs. Secondly, I just didn't want to pay the price the dealership was asking for. So I call Universal Glass to hear that they could come to my place of business to do the install and also asked me what day would be fitting for me. Said it would only take about an hour. As for price, I can't see how the dealership justifies the cost. The amount I paid Universal Glass was much less!! The man who performed the install was timely and professional. I'll say that I can't tell a difference between the original factory windshield and the replacement. I will be calling them again for any future needs and would recommend them to anybody in need of their services. They just do business like business use to be done!
