Glen is great, Flo and Carolina... Not so much!

I went to Glen and he was great. His staff did a great job rehabbing my knee. Since then dealing with billing has been hell! They don't seem to know how to submit to insurance and they "document" calls that never happened. Then they'll send you to collections and let you know it's your fault. They really don't care and it shows. I wish I could recommend them but sadly they seem to be about as careful as the owner, David Ray, who refused to call me back and discuss this issue. Glen and his staff of therapy techs are great, but I wouldn't come back unless I planned to pay out of pocket.

I would call their methods aggressive. "No Pain - No Gain". Instead of listening to the patient, the guy Charles Riddle, is so impressed by his own "credentials" he insists on reminding you each visit how "qualified" he is. Yet when you try to tell him something, he just says, "oh no, you'll be fine". Then you trust him and - WHAM! A week in bed. There are too many other GOOD clinics in the valley, I say pass on this one!

DETAILS
General Info
We seek to educate patients, build core competency, and create long term relationships with staff. Founded in August, 1991, Idaho Physical Therapy is the oldest physical therapy private practice in Idaho's Treasure Valley. Owner Alan Williams, PT, OTR/L, ATC, CSCS, opened his first clinic in Nampa, where he treated patients on a portable card table in an old pizza parlor. Despite humble beginnings, the company quickly grew into a viable rehabilitation organization with a reputation for excellence that was known throughout Idaho. Expanded office hours and additional treatment staff were quickly added to keep up with escalating patient volumes. In 1993, IPT heeded the requests of local physicians by opening a second clinic in Caldwell. We are currently relocating our Caldwell clinic. By 1995, the Nampa operation had expanded to the limits of the old pizza parlor. Construction began on a new, state of the art rehabilitation center, and in mid-1996, Alan and the IPT staff moved into the new Nampa clinic. With its six treatment bays, private treatment room, exercise floor, weight area, waiting room, storage space, and more than 4, 600 square feet of usable space, the new Nampa clinic allowed the IPT staff to better provide the quality treatment and one-on-one attention which set IPT apart from its competition. Idaho Physical Therapy is committed to growing with the changing healthcare industry into the 21st century and beyond. Our company will always strive to rehabilitate patients effectively while providing a place of employment which is both challenging and enjoyable. "The therapy and exercises have been successful. My back has much more flexibility than previously. Currently the pain is very manageable and infrequent. There is much improvement." R.C.
