HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...They clld me 1st thing the morning after I rented a car and asked me to bring it back since they sold it.I waited over 1 hour for the replacement car to be "fueled up".It was clean on the outside but the inside smelt like gasoline but didn't have enough gas to get me home! The smell was VERY STRONG and gave my husband and I headaches if we had the windows up.No fun in August. Then they made unauthorized charges on my credit/debit card, about $150.00, 3 seperate times for the 1st car I had (they upgraded me cause they didn't have the car I made arrangements for) even though they said they wouldn't charge me. The 3rd car was filthy dirty inside (ie, smashed potato chips, prior renters agreement papers, etc.) I was shocked when they didn't offer to make it right w/ me. They reversed the unauthorized charges and took off the extra day they billed me for the insurance, even though I was there first thing when they opened to cancel it. I am glad it's over. BEWARE!!!
