I used this company through groupon and they were amazing !!!! I think the other reviews are not fair... The owner explain to me about the over whelming sales of the groupon and I totally understand.. My groupon is over and now I use this company on a regular basis...

I purchased a Groupon for 12 cleanings at $299. I've never written a review, but I cannot even give this company 1 star. Unprofessional, dishonest, unresponsive. From Nov. to Feb. I tried 20-30 times to contact them, no room on their answering machine, left my information several times on their website. After I asked for my $ back from Groupon, I finally got a call from the company. Appt. was scheduled, I took off work to meet them here, and they showed 3 hours late. They never showed for the next appt., then texted to ask if they could come the next day, on a Sat. Again 3 hours late; one of the cleaners was pitiful, wanting to follow me around and talk. Never showed for the next appt., again asked if they could come on Sat., and as I write this, they are 4 hours late (no show, no call). I give up. Hopeful that Groupon will give me my $ back. I would be shocked if they are still in business in 6 mos. I recommend to RUN in any other direction, far away from this company!

What you have read about this company is absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, true...true...true. I am at this very moment waiting for them to show up to my place for service. I purchased the groupon deal for 12 two hour cleanings for $299...a steal if you ask me. However, after purchasing this deal on November 23, 2011 I made several attempts to call this company to schedule my 1st appointment because the deal stated you must have first appointment scheduled by November 28, 2011. I must've called them 20-30 times, but no one ever picked up the phone and the voicemail was always full. I immediately emailed groupon to let them know what was up. After the 31st call I finally was able to get in touch with someone. She instructed me to go to their website to schedule and leave appointment dates in the "contact us" section of the site and someone would contact me. I received a message this morning asking if today was good and if so to TEXT them okay. I complied and ask for confirmation
