I only had a pair of jeans repaired, but they came back great, have lasted a month+, and they even found a hole I had forgotten to mention and repaired that - which I was not expecting at all, and no surprise charges. While it did take a week to repair them, the end result was more than worth the wait - these jeans are my favorite pair, and as a guy, that says a lot. I had the crotch seam repaired, so there was not much space to worth with either- I had almost let them go. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend this shop. ONLY rated a 4 because I have not used the other services.
