Perfect personality, but, when you come back the owner is hardly there and the manager can make decisions for the bussines they run, my mother constantly goes back to get her shows fix after their repair(on the shoes she brought in to fix) bacause it was done poorly they avoid her all the time, now make sure if you go in that they advise how they warrant your shoes after they fix them
