I am a Senior Account Manager at a multimillion dollar facility management company, we service hundreds of high end commercial retailers across the nation. I hired Manny and Perfection Glass to repair a window seal at a Miami location - it took Manny 19 days to get pricing over to replace this gasket! Pricing was then approved and I was given the run around for a month; first it was "the supplier is closed for two weeks for the holidays" then I couldn't get Manny on the phone. Finally, a MONTH after approval was given Manny says "the material is on back order and will be ANOTHER week" - When I asked him to give me email proof from the supplier he got defensive. I deal with hundreds of contractors nationwide on a daily basis, I strongly urge you to find someone else in the area to assist you. I've since fired Perfection Glass and will be reassigning this work. Manny's response was "you take too long to pay, I'm not interested in completing the work". Really great... Says a lot about the quality of his business. If I could give less than one star I would.



1/23/14 update: The company I reassigned this too (Fox Glass Inc) was able to repair the gasket without needing to replace for under $150.00.
