Midland BioCare was quick to respond to our hot water break. Our home was flooded over 3/4 and John Smith and the Staff he brought cleaned our home up in 3 hours. I didn't think we would ever get the water out. They pulled our pad, moved our furniture and dried our structure in less than three days. Midland BioCare had our new pad installed and restretched our carpet the next day after drying was complete. They steam Cleaned our carpet and placed our furniture on protective tabs. I would suggest if your house is flooded call Midland BioCare, they do all work in house and use no shoty contractors to replace pad. I was very pleased with the service they preformed for me. would use again and looking forward to having my tile and grout cleaned by them also.
