My dog was violently attacked here by another dog. The owner tried to downplay it and told me it was one of the many rescue dogs they house there while they’re waiting for their homes. I spoke to a few former employees and it seems as though this is an ongoing issue with this lady pulling dangerous dogs from shelters and throwing them into the daycare pens with the clients dogs. My dog almost lost his ear and it was because of a mastiff mix she has there and he is still up for adoption and labeled as good with dogs. This place is so dangerous and the owner is good at hiding things. A dog died here from being attacked a few years ago. Do your research.

I've been bringing my dog here since we switched from a lesser-than-quality facility in Milford. My dog now plays all day long and comes home tired. The employees are super knowledgeable and also very personable, despite the large number of staff. My dog used to get hurt a lot at the other facility because he was not being monitored and had no human interaction there. He even ate part of a metal kennel or crate and they refused to pay for his vet bill after he got very sick from it and almost needed surgery, telling me that they were MAD that the dog ate their kennel and that I should have to pay for it to be fixed! Uhhh NO! That was the last straw with me. Here I get to watch my dog play all day online and I know he is safe and monitored. Thanks, Bark Avenue.

The dogs are always sick and the staff is incompetent. Don't leave your pet alone with these people! This owner has been posting positive reviews to boost her ratings. I only gave one star because it wouldn't post without it.

Beyond fantastic staff who are super knowledgeable and accommodating. I brought my dog here for grooming and he came back looking fantastic. They also had no issue in putting him in doggie day care when I got stuck over an hour away. He came back home handsome and well exercised. He was happy to just cuddle with me on the couch and watch TV. Definitely will be sending my little back here when I need to be out of the house for longer than a few hours. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best place to bring your pets. I board my dog and my cat here. The cat room is so cool. There is a fish tank built into the wall that looks into the lobby from the other side. Cats usually hate new places, but mine loves it here. My dog goes nuts when we pull in. She knows its time to play with all of her friends! It seems like the place is run very similar to a children's daycare. It is very safe and very clean and the employees call me if there is ever an issue with my dog, like the other day when she had an upset stomach in the morning. They called to let me know that she was not feeling well. The level of care provided is incredible. I feel safer leaving my dog here than with a family member! The staff are trained and knowledgeable and they are always able to tell me exactly what my dog was doing throughout the day, and who she enjoys playing with, which I already know thanks to the awesome videos posted throughout the day. Five star rating for five star service! The only thing missing from this place is butler service, white gloves, and silver platters for the dogs! Sometimes I feel like I would like to stay here! What a great place.
