People come from across the state to get the parts they need. Often when you HOLD UP THE PART the owner will tell you he has them and walks to the shelf to get it. The store hasn't changed in 30 years. Parts are floor to ceiling. Likely....what you need for your stove or refrigerator is on one of those shelves. No "kids" working in the store.
