My new favorite place to shop!

Deplorable, NEVER STOP HERE!!!!! I’ve been a customer for 4 years, I came in for fall wardrobe with a %70 and %50 and %30 coupon, they refused to honor any of them but the worst part is I shopped for bottoms and workout clothes first and brought my purchases to the front to save while I found tops, once I found tops I went to purchase my entire order and the first half of the order was PUT AWAY!!!!! So I had to re find and try on what I could find or replace. I was told by the owner I could have the %20 that everyone gets and an I’m sorry for the mistake, though I wasted 2 hours of the 4 hr expierience I spent at the store!.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, they do not care about customer service for their customers.

Brought back and item that I purchased the day prior with receipt and the front desk clerk was rude.

I buy all of my clothes here! So thankful that I'm able to get the brands that I love (but refuse to pay full price for) at affordable prices! And when I'm ready for a new wardrobe I just sell it back and get more new (to me) stuff!

They are to picky and with tags still on the cloths. They only want to give you like 2 dollars for a 50 dollar shirt you can go to platos closet and get way more and the staff are Stuck up and rude this is the new store in Kalamazoo
