Maybe they do good work, maybe not. In my experience, I tried to get them to repair my kitchen counter top, as it was sagging around the sink. I made the appointment 2 months ago and they never scheduled with me. I called multiple times to see when I might be able to have someone come out. The lady who answered the phone said that my job wasn't worth their time and that I should find someone else to do the work. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN QUITE A WHILE. Just because you are having a bad day there is no excuse on treating a potential customer that way! Service goes a long way. And some advice, change your tone while on the phone!

I am interested in countertops, but I want to do my shopping from home, pick what I think I like, then go in and see them. A view of your marble, soap stone granite and granite that is a thinner cut would be nice. I notice a lot of other sites have a showroom to view. I would rather buy locally. Thank you Bev
