worst customer service! Did NOT honor warrenty. Alicia's idea of honoring their warrenty on a keypad is to send me a new one as they were too far away to come out. Wow, whatdoes that say. Didn't honor it and didn't send one. They obviously don't care about referrals. Not a good way to do business. They cost me $125.00 but lost a lot more by not honoring their warrenty.

On 10/02/09 I requested a new motor from this company. 2 workers were sent to my house,to fix the garage door which open to the street and has a very short driveway. T

They helped themselves into my gated & locked back yard, ( I did not know if the jump the 8feet fence or picked the gate lock) by pass my dog who thank God did not bite them, open the garage door manually, and were fideling with the bedroom lock, while they waited for me. Thanks to my neigboor who saw them and alerted me that night, I would have never find out.

I called the company to speak with the owner. "alicia" the owner's wife who the workes admited they were inside the locked patio, looking around told me that I was Paraniod and that the was nothing wrong with them tresspaning in my patio, I had to file a Police report, and now I very worry for my safety.

I found the owners to be un caring about their customers, the very least that I would have expected was for them to tell me that they would speak with they workers and reprimend them for their behavior, and to asure me that in case that any thing happen in the future that may link their employee to it, they will work with us to have justice serve.

I do not recmend this company to any one. they do not care who they employ and do not care for other people safety.
