Zero stars, really. Unprofessional office manager. Office staff took two visits to find my insurance info. I waved my rights and had braces removed. Office is dirty. They have old equipment that they don't wipe down after each patient.  That's a huge health code violation. Was forced there  after good office in West Covina closed. Huge disappointment.
