I gave 1 star just because there is no 0 star. Now I know why there is no review for your site. Also why the appointment can be made the same day or next day in every 2 hours window - you have NO BUSINESS. This was the second opinion and I told your guy what was done previously, but your guy still wanted to check. It seems OK to pay for more than $450 to open up the shower part...????!!!! Fine , just gave a hope he might find something wrong and fix it immediately. But he totally denied previous tech's job (didn't replace new one) and estimated MOREd to change here and there.... The worst part was he kept water dripping. The shower head was not running but was not dripping, before he open up the wall behind shower head. He said it was previous tech's fault he can not stop dripping.. I just simply asked him to get back the original condition, no mention about fixing it.. Anyway, worst Roto-Rooter experience and I am going to complain it to the head quarter
