9-24-1710am called apria requested new vent. Told a respiratory therapist(RT) would contact us via phone.1:20pm_ no results, called apria requested new vent. Assured a RT would contact via phone. Placed on hold. Representative was rude and unprofessional. Was hung up on. Called back requested call from RT within the hour and a return call from apria to check on status of RT call back.3pm no call.4pm Called Apria. on hold, hung up on.4:15pm Called Apria. Informed them of their gross negligence and lack of follow-through.On hold at 4:23pm and again at 4:31pm. ON hold for over 40 minutes. Called in on another line at 4:46pm while on the other line.Called again at 5:03pm. Assured that the information would be given to a technician.Technician finally returned call at 5:37pm Assured of call back.5:49pm Spoke with technician about issues. Ventilator is to be delivered tonight.
