Been buying tires over 20 years always do great job best price around

Last year I purchased a 2004Corvette with very good looking Pilot Sport tires. It's only been driven less than 5K/year, GOBS of tread left. Thought I'd be OK for many miles. Had a slow leak so brought it in tnto Tire World on Broad in M'boro to have it checked. When they put it on the breakdown machine the extractor blade went right thru the sidewall. You guessed it, TIRE ROT! When they checked they found the tires were 8 years old! Dwight and Jack have been simply great. They went to the other store to get me a loaner to get me home. They also have sold me a set of Conti Extreme Contacts at a reduced price. I can't say enough good things about how I have been treated. When I think back to my highway driving (not always near posted speeds and carving corners on TN back roads, all the time on rotting tires, I'm very thankful they ruined the tire. Had they not I could have found myself in a pretty bad way. Thanks, guys I'll be back with our other three vehicles when they need new rubber.
