I've used this company to clean tile and grout as well as carpet. The tile cleaning service is amazing - we had them clean grout and tile that had not been cleaned in years. The grout was nearly black and had been sealed with a wax of some sort. After they were finished the tile and grout looked brand new. We sealed the grout and keep it looking good with a Hoover FloorMate machine which they recommended. We just had them clean our carpets again and they remarked on how well the tile and grout still looks after almost 2 years since they cleaned it last. They are dependable and do a high quality job. I will not use any other carpet cleaners - even if I get a coupon in the mail for some other company because I know Total Carpet Care will always exceed my expectations!
