I dropped off a dress on Monday that needed a new zipper. I specifically stated that I needed the dress cleaned and ready for pick-up by Friday morning because I was wearing it to a wedding. I showed up on Friday morning and not only was the dress not done but it wasn't even there. They told me they couldn't get the right zipper color. They didn't call to tell me there was a problem (you give them your phone number when you drop off the clothes). I had to come back in the afternoon to pick up a dress that wasn't fixed or clean. I had to pin myself into the dress for the wedding. Never again!
